Malibu Pools, Spas & Landscapes

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with Malibu - contacted them for a complete pool and landscaping package as we were building on a new block of land from scratch, got sold a pool/landscaping package only to be told once construction started that they never meant actual landscaping only landscaping "elements" which basically meant pool coping - this caused costs to blow out as we had to hire a seperate landscaper to complete the garden and pool surrounds - not sure why they call themselves "pool and landscapes"!!!!
They built the pool too high out of the ground, which was agreed to be fixed with steppers and rendering and painting the sides, they never returned to finish the job, left unrendered and ugly! Again having to pay other contractors to finish the job.
The equipment is faulty, spa heater doesn't heat up the spa.
Enviroswim equipment randomly trips out.
They never installed a pool remote system, which was detailed in our contract - so there is no way of remotely turning on the spa! Again something they were meant to do and haven't!
Everytime I try to get them to fix the issues it just get passed off or ignored.
Stay away from this joke of a company! Absolutely the worst customer experience of my life! And not cheap!!
